Job Description
Role Purpose
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Java Architect with strong experience in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Java 17, have a deep understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), and be comfortable working with Maven, Git, and popular IDEs such as Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, or Spring Tool Suite (STS). Knowledge of J2EE and Microservice design patterns, along with strong debugging and exception handling skills, is essential. Experience in the telecom inventory domain is a plus but not mandatory.

Roles and responsibilities:
1.System Design and Architecture:
- Design microservices using Java 17 and Spring Boot, defining the overall structure, components, and interactions.
- Design systems that can handle increasing demands and are easy to maintain.
2. Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical expertise, guidance, and mentorship to junior team members.
- Set coding standards and best practices. Ensure consistency and quality across the codebase.
- Review code for compliance, quality, and identify areas for improvement.
- Engage in hands on coding, particularly for creating core components or addressing complex technical challenges
3. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work with cross-functional teams. Collaborate with product managers, developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
- Clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
4. Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:
- Proactively identify potential issues and develop strategies to address them.
- Provide solutions to complex technical problems that arise during development.
5. Performance Optimization and Security:
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks to ensure the system is efficient.
- Implement security measures and best practices to protect the system from vulnerabilities.
7. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
- Share knowledge and expertise: Contribute to the team's collective knowledge by sharing their expertise and experience.

Essential Skills and Qualification:
· Strong programming skills in Java 17.
· Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices.
· Solid understanding of OOP concepts and software design principles.
· Proficiency in Maven for build and dependency management.
· Experience with Git for source control.
· Familiarity with Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, or Spring Tool Suite (STS).
· Knowledge of J2EE design patterns and Microservice design patterns.
· Strong skills in exception handling and creating custom exceptions.
· Excellent debugging and problem-solving abilities
· Excellent communication skills
· Leadership abilities to guide and mentor team
Nice to Have:
- Experience in telecom inventory systems or related domains.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar
