Job Description

 

Role Purpose


The purpose of this role is to provide significant technical expertise in architecture planning and design of the concerned tower (platform, database, middleware, backup etc) as well as managing its day-to-day operations

Sr. Developer – ITSM Pro Process, Employee Centre Pro & Virtual Agent

•            5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations.

•            Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and data transformation.

•            Proficient with Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and MID Server configurations.

•            Knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, and other ServiceNow modules relevant to integrations.

•            Familiarity with OAuth2, Basic Auth, and certificate-based authentication.

•            Experience with external systems such as Active Directory, SCCM, Workday, Jira, Salesforce, Azure, or AWS is a plus.

•            Ability to write, debug, and optimize JavaScript/GlideScript in the ServiceNow environment.

•            Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

•            Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

•            Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

•            Document all integration processes, configurations, data flows, and troubleshooting guides.

•            Monitor integration health and performance using dashboards, logs, and alerting mechanisms.
