Job Description

Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to resolve, maintain and manage client’s software/ hardware/ network based on the service requests raised from the end-user as per the defined SLA’s ensuring client satisfaction

  • Monitoring and Alerting
  • Troubleshooting and Incident Management
  • Routine Maintenance and Operations
  • Capacity Planning and Performance Tuning
  • L1 role typically involves day-to-day operational tasks focused on managing and maintaining the HSM infrastructure
  • Basic Linux Admin Knowledge
  • Basic Web server (Apache) Knowledge
  • These tasks include monitoring the HSM, performing basic maintenance, managing users and permissions, and interacting with the HSM(Hardware system monitoring) system. 
Mandatory Skills: Application Packaging - Linux .

 

Experience: 1-3 Years .
