Job Description
Role Description: Wipro Consulting’s People & Change Advisory practice is looking for a high-performing Senior Manager to drive sales and delivery of change management programs focused on Generative AI adoption. This is a strategic role for professionals passionate about guiding clients through AI-led transformation journeys, enabling workforce readiness, and embedding change at scale across global enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Client Engagement
• Partner with business development and account teams to identify and qualify Gen AI change management opportunities.
• Shape client conversations, create proposals, and lead responses for RFPs/RFIs related to workforce transformation.
• Build and nurture client relationships with HR, CIO, Transformation, and Business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Digital, AI, HR Tech) to deliver integrated value propositions.
2. Program Delivery & Advisory
• Lead the delivery of enterprise change management initiatives focused on Gen AI adoption, workforce transition, and organizational readiness.
• Develop and execute change strategies, communication plans, stakeholder engagement, and training programs tailored to AI transformation.
• Support Gen AI use case adoption by driving mindset and behaviour change across business functions.
• Apply structured methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, PROSCI) while tailoring to Wipro’s client and industry context.
3. Practice Development & Collaboration
• Contribute to the creation of change assets, playbooks, and toolkits tailored to Gen AI and digital change.
• Mentor junior team members and support internal capability building in AI-driven change management.
• Bring innovation and client context into Wipro’s Gen AI and People & Change frameworks.

Preferred Experience & Background
• Master's degree in business administration, management, HR, finance, or related field.
• 10–14 years of consulting or enterprise transformation experience, with at least 5 years in change management.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale change programs, ideally involving technology, digital, or AI adoption.
• Exposure to Gen AI use cases, employee adoption challenges, or workforce upskilling programs is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with HR processes, talent management, or HR tech platforms is desirable.
• Experience working with GCCs, global clients, or global delivery models preferred.
