Title: ServiceNow Virtual Agent / Chatbot Developer

Role Summary:
This developer builds AI-based chatbots using ServiceNow Virtual Agent Designer. The role includes developing conversational flows, configuring NLU intents, and integrating with TPRM workflows to enable self-service capabilities.
Required Certifications:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• One mainline certification such as TPRM, IRM, ITSM, or HRSD
Key Responsibilities:
1. Configure and customize GRC or TPRM module components and workflows.
2. Design conversational flows using Virtual Agent Designer.
3. Build topics, conditions, responses, and dialog flows.
4. Integrate Virtual Agent with catalog, incidents, and knowledge base.
5. Configure NLU models and train intent recognition.
6. Test chatbot interactions and validate fallback scenarios.
7. Customize UI components for chat interaction.
8. Use scripting for advanced logic in dialog responses.
9. Monitor chat logs for improvements and analytics.
10. Collaborate with stakeholders to define chatbot scope.
11. Keep chatbot framework up to date with platfoarm releases.
12. ServiceNow development experience.
