Technical Architect - Service Now
Role Purpose
To ensure success as a technical architect, you should have extensive knowledge of enterprise networking systems, advanced problem-solving skills, and the ability to project manage. A top-class technical architect can design and implement any size system to perfectly meet the needs of the client.

Lead the architecture, design, and development of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, TAM, CSM, and other modules. |
Define and maintain architectural standards, best practices, and governance for ServiceNow implementations. |
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions. |
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and administrators. |
Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs, MID Servers, and integration hubs. |
Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security compliance. |
Conduct architecture reviews, gap analysis, and roadmap planning. |
Stay current with ServiceNow releases and new features, and recommend adoption strategies. |
ServiceNow Experience (ITSM specifically) Incident and Request management Knowledge Workflow Reports Experience in Microsoft Windows environment |
Very good in PowerShell scripts Experience with Service |
Knowledge on Snow ticketing tool Excellent troubleshooting skills |
