Techno Functional Consultant

Role Overview:
As a SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding Tech Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors modules related to Recruiting and Onboarding. You will work closely with clients to understand their HR processes and deliver tailored solutions that enhance talent acquisition and employee integration.

Key Responsibilities:•       

Lead or support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules

•        Conduct discovery sessions with clients to gather requirements and define business processes

•        Configure SuccessFactors modules to meet client-specific needs, including workflows, templates, and integrations

•        Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices and SuccessFactors roadmap

•        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other HR systems

•        Deliver training and workshops to end-users and stakeholders

•        Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Recruiting and Onboarding modules

•        Participate in pre-sales activities including demos and proposal development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

SAP SuccessFactors Associate Certification in Recruiting and/or Onboarding

3–5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation or support, specifically in Recruiting and Onboarding

Strong understanding of HR processes, especially talent acquisition and employee onboarding.
