Role Purpose

Job Title: Zscaler Internet Access, ZPA & ZDX (Zscaler Web Security) Level 3 Engineer

Year of Experience :- 5 to 8 years

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Level 3 Engineer with expertise in Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), and Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Zscaler solutions, ensuring the security, performance, and reliability of our network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design, implement, and maintain Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) for secure internet and web access.
  2. Handson experience in configuring SIPA
  3. Configure and manage Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) for secure remote access to internal applications.
  4. Monitor and troubleshoot Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) for network and application performance insights.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Zscaler solutions into the existing network infrastructure.
  6. Provide technical support and guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 engineers for Zscaler-related issues.
  7. Perform regular security assessments and audits of Zscaler configurations to ensure compliance and best practices.
  8. Stay updated with the latest Zscaler features, updates, and security threats to proactively address potential issues.
  9. Document configurations, processes, and procedures related to Zscaler solutions.
