Job Description

 

The environment Management Support Engineer will work closely with Environment & Release lead, responsible for the technical release, delivery, configuration, and management of non-production environments, ensuring their stability, security, and efficiency.

This role acts as the central coordination point for technical release activities working closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless provisioning, environment readiness, and adherence to governance and compliance standards.

This role requires strong technical expertise, collaboration skills, and a proactive approach to optimising non-production environments.

  • planning, and delivery of non-production environment including cloud infrastructure
  • Ensure environment readiness, governance compliance, and integration with platforms
  • optimise DevOps activities, including release pipelines and automation
  • Coordinate issue triaging, defect resolution, and environment stability
  • Provide leadership updates on status, risks, and key milestones
Mandatory Skills: IT Environment Management Support .

 

Experience: 3-5 Years .
