Title: Customer Care Representative with French

Wipro, Multinational Corporation that provides information technology, consulting and business process services is seeking a new enthusiastic candidate who would join our team on a Customer Care Representative role.
What will my future role be about?
• Provides assistance to customers, sales representatives and employees by e-mail in English and French.
• Acts as the first point of contact with customers.
• Registers verbal or written requests and / or complaints received from end users and escalates them, if necessary.
• Records verbal or written requests received from end users in an accurate manner according to the procedures and within the previously established interval time.
• Registers cases in the client's internal systems.
• Processes Product Replacement cases.
• Carries out reports upon customer’s requests.
• Contributes to improving the process.
When dealing with complaints and escalations:
· Proactively addresses any potential user issues.
· Continuously provides data to the Process Manager and the Head of Department, to the contact person from the Client about the existence of user dissatisfaction cases.
· Ensures the structure and quality of communication to the client complies with team standards.
· Manages exceptional situations with obtaining the necessary approvals.
· Continuously provides end-user data for timely incident resolution.
What should I bring to the table?
· Graduates or students, minimum of Baccalaureate Diploma.
· Proficiency in English and French.
· Professional qualification in one of the following fields: translations, customer service, indirect sales, technical assistance, etc. is a plus.
· PC operating skills, MS Office package.
· Previous experience in the fields: customer relations or in the medical field is an advantage.
