Job Description
Must have Skill - JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Troubleshooting skills
Good to have Skill – KQL, Azure storage account, Power Automate
1. Analyze results from scanners to identify true-positive euii leaks and take action to mitigate them.
2. Triage CredScan (credential checker in telemetry) issues raised and route it to the right team for timely resolution after mitigation steps.
3. Monitor ICM queues for THVM (telemetry volumes) and assign it to the owning feature team for investigation.
4. Handle permanent and temporary unblock column requests for fixed euii leaks after verifying conditions to avoid regression from older builds.
5. Work on enhancements for tools used for blocking/ unblocking columns (YABT) and processing scanner results to readable format.
6. Consolidate and share weekly stats on euii for visibility with higher management.
7. Assist DRIs with ad-hoc requests and requirements.
8. Good communication skills are a must.
9. Experience 3-4 Years in Support role and an eye for details and troubleshooting is a must
