Work Setup: Hybrid Setup, Cebu Tech Tower

Shift Schedule: 2pm-11p

 

  • Proactively assist in the implementation and collaboration of the Wellbeing and Resilience Programs and initiatives for all employees at the Cebu location, from Managers to the Reviewers.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration with identified internal and external stakeholders—including business and operations teams as well as third-party vendors—to ensure the smooth execution of Wellbeing and Resilience programs.
  • Maintain open, timely, and effective communication, offering proactive feedback that is crucial to the success of these initiatives.
  • Partner closely with third-party vendors, co-creating innovative programs and actively seeking feedback to adapt our mental health campaigns that meet the ongoing needs of our employees.
  • Assist in the preparation of regular reports that demonstrate program success and areas for improvement, contributing important insights to stakeholders.
  • This role features a hybrid work setup, based in the bustling environment of Cebu City, allowing for flexibility in your work routine.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field, with at least 3 years of project management experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in program coordination.
  • An inherent interest in mental health, resilience, coping skills, and positive psychology, showcasing a passion for promoting wellbeing in workplace environments.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills essential for coordinating programs and collaborating with various stakeholders effectively.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach, emphasizing innovation, flexibility, and a strong sense of pride in contributing positively to workplace culture.

 

Additional Preferred Requirements:

  • Time management skills, alongside proficient writing and communication abilities, to produce well-documented, accurate reports using basic Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • A foundational knowledge of mental health and social sciences research, enhancing program relevance and effectiveness.
  • Capability to conduct training programs and workshops, presenting engaging content that encourages employee participation and understanding.
  • Ability to devise and execute awareness campaigns aimed at increasing employee engagement with the Wellbeing services provided.

Mandatory Skills: Content Management-RSAT .
