Job Description

As a Training Specialist L3 at Wipro Philippines Inc, you will serve as a pivotal individual contributor or a people manager within our dynamic team. You will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders who rely on your expertise to identify and solve diverse business challenges through innovative training solutions. Your primary focus will be on enhancing organizational capabilities and driving performance through targeted educational programs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with LOBs and cross-functional project teams to identify learning needs. .

• Conducts needs assessments to identify and evaluate training needs, develop training and instructional solutions, and assess training

• Provides and/or assists with consulting in all aspects related to training for organization-wide initiatives and projects; participates in the design, development and implementation of training programs of a broad organizational scope.

• Plans, designs, develops, delivers and consults on various training projects and instructional programs, using instructor-led, train-the trainer, electronic/web-based, and/or multimedia training methods and formats.

• Recommends and/or implements innovative solutions, modifications and enhancements to training programs.

• Lead and deliver consulting engagements including client expectation management, quality control and delivery assurance, issue management, client insight and value capture, work planning and execution, and effective client communications

• Researches and studies advancements in learning management systems (LMS), educational technologies, and instructional design methods; evaluates effectiveness of training and development programs, utilizing appropriate data collection instruments and procedures.

• Recommends and/or implements innovative solutions, modifications and enhancements to technology training programs; facilitates and encourages the adoption of technical platforms to enhance the delivery of academic and/or instructional content.

Education: A degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field is required; advanced degrees and certifications in instructional design or training development are advantageous.

Knowledge:

Must Have:

• Strong ability to analyze educational needs and craft effective instructional designs and media solutions that promote knowledge retention and skill application.

• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and assessing training curricula and methodologies across various learning environments.

• In-depth knowledge of current instructional techniques and principles applicable to online, blended, and traditional classroom settings.

• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Captivate, Storyline, or equivalents to create interactive learning experiences.

• Familiarity with training analytics to craft impactful learning solutions based on data-driven insights.

Good to have:

• Demonstrated experience utilizing data analytics in developing and refining training frameworks and offerings.

Experience:

Must Have:

• Proven hands-on experience in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a particular focus on the creation and analysis of instructional materials.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders and teams throughout the organization.

• Strong project management expertise, capable of tackling complex challenges and delivering solutions efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.

Good to have:

• Experience working with both international and domestic clients across various lines of business including travel, technical support, and retail.

• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office applications in crafting pedagogic content and delivering impactful training programs.
