Job Description:

 • Technical Business Analyst/Consultant with diverse and well-rounded experience developing end-to-end solutions based on business requirements, in complex application and technical environment. Qualified candidates must be technically savvy with a strong “tool box” of analysis techniques and experiences.
 • Applies technical knowledge in determining end to end functional design for large projects. 
 • Interacts closely with business partners to define strategies for technical solutions, determine requirements, and develop functional designs based on the analysis of line of business needs, objectives and existing systems infrastructure. 
 • Works closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs. 

 

Required Skills:

• Experience with Mortgage domain
• Technical background (Computer Science/Engineering Degree, Programming background)
• Excellent communication skills (Ability to explain complex concepts using visual aid such as diagrams, charts, PowerPoint etc.)
• Experience creating solution documents and detailed functional specifications for business systems using a variety of logic modeling techniques such as: pseudo-code/structured English, decision tables, decision trees, activity diagrams, etc.
• Passionate about learning  solving complex problems
• Analytical  Systems Thinking
• Systems Analysis  Technical Design 
• Creation and updates of system specifications
• Agile Epics Story definitions
• User Interface screen design and specifications

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $1,35,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
