Windows 11 Rollout
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Windows Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Windows 11 upgrade, support and deployment across our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of Windows 11, its deployment strategies and troubleshooting techniques.

Do
- Extensive experience in troubleshooting and supporting Windows 10/11 operating systems.
- Experience creating, maintaining, and deploying OS images in a large enterprise environment.
- Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft architecture and design principles at enterprise scale.
- In-depth understanding of complex Active Directory infrastructures, Group Policies, Networking, and Endpoint Security.
- Strong knowledge of endpoint security best practices and implementation.
- Proficiency with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft SCCM, MDT, Intune, or similar.
- Experience with PowerShell, command-line scripts, and SysInternals tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Previous experience in managing large-scale IT projects, especially OS migrations, preferably in a Finance Industry.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or similar.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills(English) with the capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ability to produce high-quality presentations and reports that articulate complex technology components in a business-friendly language.
- Awareness of ITIL processes
