• Develop and analyze stored procedures (SPs), triggers, views, and functions in MSSQL, ensuring optimal performance.
• Monitor and analyze database-related tasks, assessing their impact and optimizing processes where necessary.
• Utilize synchronization editors, web designers, and other relevant tools effectively.
• Develop custom connectors and conduct root cause analysis for any issues that arise.
• Analyze database queue progress and address any bottlenecks.
• Provide weekend and extended support as required.
• Work closely with multiple teams on various issues and analyze and support Level 2 issues.
• Utilize Dell One Identity Manager tools to implement new features and functionalities.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills in addressing issues within Identity and Access Management (IDAM) systems.
Minimum Required Skills:
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in development/customization activities with Dell One Identity Manager.
• Strong understanding of IDAM concepts and experience with directories such as Active Directory and LDAP.
• Proficiency in advanced PowerShell development.
• Sound knowledge of problem-solving ability for issues within Dell One Identity Manager (1IM), including effective solution approaches.
• Ability to gather and analyze technical functional requirements based on client IAM use cases.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
