Job Description

Shift: Night Shift – Work from Office

 

Qualification : Graduation

 

Experience : 5+ months total; 2+ years in Trainin

 

Experience Breakup: Experience in training delivery, stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation; media/process training background preferred

 

Essential Hiring Skills: Experience in training delivery, stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation; media/process training background preferred

 

Essential Hiring Skills:

•    Strategic training planning
•    Client communication and stakeholder engagement
•    Team management and coaching
•    Facilitation and influencing skills
•    MS Office proficiency (Excel, PPT)
•    Reporting and analytical acumen

 

Good to have Hiring Skills:

•    Risk/compliance alignment
•    Workshop execution and QBR planning
•    OD exposure
•    Tech-enabled learning strategies

 

Trainable Skills:

•    Internal systems for reporting/training metrics
•    Client engagement models
•    Cumulus-specific process knowledge

 

Responsibilities:

•    Lead all Talent Transformation initiatives, training strategy, and execution
•    Align with client and ops on training goals, delivery, and reviews
•    Guide Trainers; track utilization, compliance, and performance metrics
•    Plan and manage new hire, refresher, and behavioral quality training
•    Facilitate client visits, QBRs, and due diligence sessions

 

Language Proficiency Level: English-Spoken & Written: B2/C1 level

 

Location: Chennai (WFO)

Mandatory Skills: Training .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .
