Title: Lead Administrator
? Strong and excellent hands-on on troubleshooting WAN, LAN, Wireless & Riverbed ? Responsible to drive MI & P1 calls independently towards resolution
? Multi-vendor (Cisco, HP, Extreme, Aruba) device knowledge will be value added.
? Responsible to provide solutions for new requirements
? Responsible to review and update project documents (HLD, LLD etc.)
? Should have strong knowledge on end to end transition
? Ensure proper communication and capable to provide quick resolution
? Responsible for Vendor Management and people management
? Responsible to conduct regular audit on network environment and take/suggest corrective action accordingly
? Drives day to day operations and work plan allocation/management.
? Conduct periodic reviews with teams.
? Network Performance management and optimization
? Experience on managing & troubleshooting SD-WAN (Silver-peak, Cloudgenix & vIPtela etc..)
? Weekly and monthly status reports to higher management. Participate in business meetings with various stakeholders
? Mentoring juniors
? Adhere all the change process as applicable.
? All major/Critical changes the in person presence is mandatory.
? Root Cause Analysis
? Reporting & Performance Dashboards with Capacity Planning.
? Drive service improvement programs.
? Ensure adherence to quality / security standards defined for the engagement Perform Trend analysis, identify top few incidents and work with respective teams/individual to minimize the incidents.
Technical skills -
? Strong knowledge on install, configure and manage Cisco Network Devices Routers (2800/3800/3900/7200/ASR1000), Switches (2900/3500/3700/4500/6500/N2K/N5K/N7K)
? Strong knowledge on LAN/WAN/WLAN concepts
? Strong knowledge on Switching Protocols (VLAN/STP/VTP/ HSRP/LCAP/VDC/VPC/Fabric Path)
? Strong knowledge on Routing Protocols (EIGRP/OSPF/BGP/RIP)
? Experience of Network Monitoring Tools (SolarWinds) and protocols (SNMP, Netflow)
