Job Description
- Working knowledge of OS deployment in SCCM & MDT(image management, task sequences)
- Experience on OS Deployment SCCM. Knowledgeable on Windows infrastructure services (DNS, WINS, DHCP, etc).
- Operations, Maintenance, and Problem Resolution support for an enterprise Windows/VMWare server, application, network, and desktop environment
- Develop/create and maintain Windows 7, 8.1, & Windows 10t, 11 desktop PC and laptop images, integrate and test software applications and upgrades, package and deploy base image and applications via SCCM
- Troubleshoot issues with deployed patches and applications in production, develop resolutions, test and deploy, and validate global issue resolutions
- Manage assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with overall program objectives
- Support server and workstation OS and application patch management efforts
- Windows feature upgrade via SCCM\Intune
- Candidate should be able to work with the different SCCM tools.
- Candidate should have a strong understanding and working experience on working with Desktop image deployment scenarios.
- Identify the root cause of issues proactively and ensure that they are addressed.
