Title: Salesforce Marketing cloud Lead-Hybrid
Job Description
5-8 years of experience in Defining and evolving the enterprise marketing automation strategy using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Serve as the technical lead and platform SME across departments for SFMC initiatives.
Provide architectural guidance for multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, Web).
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and scalable designs.
Design and manage complex triggered send architectures, including API integrations with external platforms.
Ensure scalability, reliability, and monitoring of all Trigger Send.
Architect and oversee advanced automations in Automation Studio and multi-step, multi-path journeys in Journey Builder.
Lead the development of modular, reusable SQL queries, AMPscript, and SSJS components.
Govern the use of Business Units, Send Classifications, Sender Profiles, and Data Retention Policies.
Manage user roles and permissions, platform audits, and access control models.
Optimize platform usage and performance, including monitoring API call volumes, data consumption, and automated jobs.
Implement data encryption, compliance frameworks, and security best practices (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM, HIPAA).
Mentor junior SFMC team members and serve as a technical coach.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Marketing, IT, Data Science, and Product.
Define best practices, documentation standards, and automation frameworks
Qualifications:
Hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder.
Advanced skills in AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Proven experience with triggered and transactional messaging architecture.
Strong understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and SFMC contact management.
Experience integrating SFMC with SFMC, external APIs, and middleware platforms

Marketing Cloud Developer
Email Specialist
Experience: 5-8 Years .
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $1,35,000 .
