- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification
Must-Have Technical Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience with: ITSM and platform process architecture
- ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping
- CMDB design, maintenance, and remediation
- CSDM (Common Service Data Model) implementation
- Integration with third-party systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Deep understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB)
- Experience with modules like ITOM, ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, Service Portal, and Scoped Applications
- Proficiency in scripting (AJAX, Jelly, or PERL)
Primary Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and ITOM domains
- Lead technical design sessions and create architecture, design, and user guide documentation
- Collaborate with Process Architects, Business Analysts, and client stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems and cloud platforms
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and implementation teams
- Support iterative configuration of HRSD and other modules using Agile/SCRUM methodologies
- Deliver client-facing consulting services and contribute to proposal development and presentations

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to lead technical assessments and ensure architectural fitment
- Expected to meet utilization and delivery goals through hands-on execution
Experience: 8-10 Years .
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
