Job Description
Senior Technical Project Manager - ServiceNow
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience with an excellent track record for successful and flawless execution of projects ensuring that all projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget
- At least 8+ years of experience in running large scale Digital projects with 4+ years of leading ServiceNow programs with core hands on experience on architecting ServiceNow solutions.
- Experience in end – end SDLC with experience in churning out and reviewing appropriate documentation for each phase
- Experience in setting up and architecting ServiceNow infrastructure
- Should have handled teams of 15+ resources with management expertise in ServiceNow to build a strong team culture and technical competency
- An innovative and transformative mindset to identify improvement opportunities in BPM processes to optimize them, decrease costs and increase client value by using the ServiceNow platform
- Excellent client facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Exposure to the Agile SDLC with ability to manage product backlogs and user stories
- Deep analytical, client relationship and people management skills
- Understanding to the latest technology Trends in the ServiceNow products would be preferable.
