Logility Production Support Analyst –
Location: USA – Greensborough

Responsibilities:
- Monitor the Logility system to ensure high availability, performance, and timely resolution of any production issues, including data discrepancies, system errors, or slowdowns.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot production issues in Logility (e.g., forecasting errors, data loading failures, integration problems) to quickly restore normal operations.
- Provide first-line support to business users for Logility-related issues, assisting with troubleshooting, resolving user queries, and providing guidance on system functionality.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the Logility system by validating inputs and outputs, monitoring data integrations, and addressing discrepancies promptly.
- Assist with system configurations, updates, and customizations in Logility, ensuring alignment with business requirements and minimizing disruption to daily operations.

- Perform root cause analysis on recurring system issues, identifying underlying problems, and implementing corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
- Work closely with internal teams, such as IT and development teams, to resolve complex issues, implement patches, or upgrade Logility versions.
- Track and document all production incidents, including the impact, resolution steps, and any follow-up actions required, maintaining a log for future reference.
- Track system performance metrics and make recommendations for optimization based on usage patterns, ensuring Logility operates at optimal capacity during peak times.
- Participate in change management processes to implement system updates or patches, and continuously identify opportunities for process improvements, enhancing the overall stability and efficiency of the Logility environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 7-8 years of experience in production support or IT support roles, preferably with experience in Logility, ERP systems, or supply chain management software.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and data validation, with the ability to troubleshoot issues at the data layer (e.g., using SQL queries).
- Familiarity with Logility software modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Management is highly desirable.
- Analytical & Troubleshooting Skills:
- Ability to analyze system performance, identify issues quickly, and provide actionable solutions, leveraging strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Experience with system integration (e.g., API, ETL processes) and ensuring smooth data flow between Logility and other enterprise systems such as ERP, WMS, and TMS.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical issues to non-technical business stakeholders and documenting incident resolutions effectively.
- High attention to detail to ensure data accuracy, system stability, and minimal disruption to production operations.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., business, technical, and operational) to ensure timely issue resolution and continuous improvement of Logility processes.
Experience: 5-8 Years .
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
