Sustainability

Job Responsibilities:
•    Collect, analyse, and interpret sustainability data (energy, water, waste, emissions)
•    Analyse, interpret and report qualitative and quantitative sustainability data
•    Review and refine technical aspects of sustainability initiatives
•    Produce ESG/Sustainability dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders, including executive management, investors, and regulatory bodies
•    Provide reliable and timely ESG data for frameworks such as GRESB, sustainability-linked loans, tenant emissions and SFDR reporting
•    Coordinate sustainability governance meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and tracking progress against Net Zero or ESG strategy plans
•    Enhance reporting efficiency using tools and energy tracking dashboards
•    Build capability across teams by supporting training initiatives and stakeholder engagement
•    Manage project administration, including documentation of decisions and meeting records
•    Support with ad hoc requests related to data analysis, reporting, and implementation
 
Requirements:
•    Tertiary qualification in Sustainability, Data Science, Business Analytics or a related field, with a demonstrated passion for sustainability
•    6+ years of experience supporting sustainability operations, sustainability data reporting and/or environmental data management
•    Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
•    Working knowledge of key ESG frameworks (e.g., GHG Protocol, SFDR, ISSB, TNFD)
•    Advanced Excel skills and ability to manage large datasets and perform complex analysis
•    Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and commitment to high data quality
•    Effective communication skills and ability to engage with cross-functional stakeholders
•    Experience with sustainability ratings and disclosure platforms (e.g., GRESB) is a plus
•    Ability to drive process improvement and adapt in a dynamic sustainability landscape
