We are looking for a talented and seasoned Business/System Analyst with a strong background in Salesforce Service Cloud to unite with our dynamic Agent Experience Team (AET) at Wipro Technologies-Netherlands. This position is crucial as you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical capabilities. By collaborating with various stakeholders, you will ensure that the development processes are well aligned with business objectives and the robust functionalities of Salesforce. Your keen analytical skills and Salesforce expertise will greatly contribute to enhancing customer engagement and service delivery.

As a key contributor to our projects, you will have the opportunity to leverage your extensive knowledge in Salesforce environments to translate complex business needs into structured requirements. In addition, you will help foster a collaborative atmosphere among technical and business teams to ensure seamless project execution

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with business units to gather and thoroughly refine operational requirements and objectives.
  • Effectively translate business requirements into actionable Epics and User Stories for the development team.
  • Support the development team by clarifying requirements and ensuring proper alignment with Salesforce Service Cloud functionalities.
  • Facilitate collaborative workshops and discussions, driving engagement and ensuring stakeholder perspectives are heard.
  • Foster clear communication channels between business and technical teams to enhance project outcomes.
  • Participate in testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business needs and comply with Salesforce standards.
  • Provide ongoing support and training for end-users on Salesforce Service Cloud features and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8-9 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing, specifically in business/system analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience in Salesforce Service Cloud environments.
  • Solid understanding of Call Center (CO) operations and effective workflows.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate in Dutch, both spoken and written, to facilitate collaboration with local stakeholders.
