Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to resolve, maintain and manage client’s software/ hardware/ network based on the service requests raised from the end-user as per the defined SLA’s ensuring client satisfaction

Job Description: 

·        Overall, 5 to 7 years of experience in EUC domain and at least 1 year in Intune administration

·        Good knowledge of windows 10 and windows 11.

·        System Administrator or IT Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the Windows 11 operating system in an organization. Their main role is to ensure that the Windows 11 environment is properly configured, secured, and meets the needs of its users.

·        assist users with technical issues related to Windows 11. This may involve troubleshooting hardware and software problems, answering user queries, and providing instructions for using Windows 11 features and applications.

·        responsible for setting up new Windows 11 systems, ensuring that the appropriate hardware and software requirements are met, and configuring the operating system according to the organization's standards and policies.

·        monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. ensure that the operating system and related applications are running smoothly, and take proactive measures to optimize system performance and resource utilization

·        responsible for implementing and maintaining security measures to protect the Windows 11 environment from external threats, such as malware, viruses, and unauthorized access. This may involve installing security patches and updates, configuring firewalls, and monitoring network traffic.

·        Windows 11 Admins maintain detailed documentation of the system configuration, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. This documentation helps in standardizing processes and providing reference material for future troubleshooting and system upgrades

·        Should have experience in working with Desktop, Laptop, and software components.

·        Handle all IT Hardware Related Issues. Windows update and staging.

·        Require experience with Regular maintenance/update of drivers and troubleshooting of all hardware components and System performance monitoring and troubleshooting user related problems.

·        Should have experience in Microsoft deployment tool kit and knowledge about Operating system deployment within Sccm.

·        Windows autopilot implementation and Administration

·        RBAC setup and scopes

·        Conditional Access Policies

·        Usage of Graph API

·        Compliance policies

·        Software Update Deployment

·        Create, Maintain, Update, Deploy and Delete CA policies.

·        CA for Windows device

·        Configuration policies

Custom Policy

·        Enroll the mobile devices (iOS, WP, Windows 10, and Android)

·        Retire and Wipe Devices

·        Intune – Mobile Application Management

·        MAM Policy creation, edition, and deletion of Managed Applications

·        Deployment/Assignment of managed application to AAD groups

·        Intune – Device/Profile Management

Create, Maintain, Update, Deploy and Delete policies.

1. PowerShell experience
