Job Description

Senior Developer –IBM ODM

Job Summary:

We are seeking strong expertise in microservices architecture and IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and business rule solutions, while ensuring high performance, security, and integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop microservices using Spring Boot framework.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code following best engineering practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Remediate Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs) and manage security compliance.
  • Design, develop, and maintain business rules and decision services using IBM ODM.
  • Optimize rule execution performance and ensure scalability of the ODM application.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ODM and Java-based projects.
  • Integrate ODM solutions with various enterprise systems and applications.
  • Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

Front End: React.js/Node.js, HTML5/CSS3

Back End: Java, Sprint Boot, REST, JPA

Middleware: RabbitMQ, Kafka

Testing: JUnit, JMockit

DevOps: Jenkins, GitHub, Docker, SonarQube, Fortify

Database: MS SQL, PostgresSQL

Logging: Splunk, Grafana

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with secure coding practices and vulnerability management.
Mandatory Skills: IBM BPM - IBM Lombardi .
