Title: Technical Lead
Job Description
· SPFx Development: Deep hands-on experience with SPFx, including building custom web parts, extensions, and solutions for SharePoint Online
· Modern JavaScript & Frameworks: Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React (or Angular), and related front-end technologies to create responsive, interactive user interfaces
· SharePoint Online & Office 365: Strong experience with SharePoint Online, Office 365 integration, and understanding of their APIs and services
· REST API & CSOM/JSOM: Ability to integrate with SharePoint and external services using REST APIs, Client-Side Object Model (CSOM), and JavaScript Object Model (JSOM)
· Development Tools: Familiarity with Visual Studio Code, Gulp, Yeoman, and other SPFx toolchains
· Power Platform: Experience with PowerApps, Power Automate (Flows), and PowerBI for building integrated business solutions · SharePoint App Model: Knowledge of provider-hosted and SharePoint-hosted app models1.
· Web Technologies: Strong skills in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and responsive design for modern UI development
· Server-Side Development: Experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, PowerShell scripting, and SQL Server for backend logic and automation
· Documentation & Architecture: Ability to create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans

· Lead the design and development of SharePoint Online solutions utilizing SPFX and Power Platform tools
· Gather and analyze business requirements to develop effective and scalable SharePoint solutions
· Lead the team to develop and customize and enhance SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and workflows to improve productivity and collaboration
· Manage and mentor a team of SharePoint developers (SPFx and SPO DEV) , providing technical leadership and guidance.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective technical consultation in providing the right solution for their needs
· Coordinate with developers and support engineers to make sure of Ontime delivery of agreed deliverables and SLAs.

- Handle technical escalations through effective diagnosis and troubleshooting of client queries
- Manage and resolve technical roadblocks/ escalations as per SLA and quality requirements
- If unable to resolve the issues, timely escalate the issues to TA & SES
- Provide product support and resolution to clients by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions
- Troubleshoot all client queries in a user-friendly, courteous and professional manner
- Offer alternative solutions to clients (where appropriate) with the objective of retaining customers’ and clients’ business
- Organize ideas and effectively communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations
- Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers to record feedback and ensure compliance to contract SLA’s

- Build people capability to ensure operational excellence and maintain superior customer service levels of the existing account/client
- Mentor and guide Production Specialists on improving technical knowledge
- Collate trainings to be conducted as triage to bridge the skill gaps identified through interviews with the Production Specialist
- Develop and conduct trainings (Triages) within products for production specialist as per target
- Inform client about the triages being conducted
- Undertake product trainings to stay current with product features, changes and updates
- Enroll in product specific and any other trainings per client requirements/recommendations
- Identify and document most common problems and recommend appropriate resolutions to the team
- Update job knowledge by participating in self learning opportunities and maintaining personal networks
