Pharmacy CSR

· Assists technicians by answering criteria and process questions in a clear and concise manner.

Identifies when issues require escalation to the Quality Assurance Nurses or Supervisors.

· Recognizes when sensitive issues or situations require immediate upward communication for

resolution.

· Assists the Quality Assurance Nurses with developing staff training material

· Provides training to individual staff members as needed for employee growth

· Demonstrates ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize workload. Is able to consistently

maintain productivity while assisting other technicians with questions.

· Identifies and report issues with processing drug prior authorization requests.

· Provide feedback to supervisory staff regarding educational patterns/needs noted

Experience/Skills:

· Minimum of 1+ year experience in the Pharmacy Help Desk

· High quality assurance

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Exemplary attendance

· Exhibits high commitment to teamwork and shows good interpersonal skills

· Ability to lead by example; Level 1 Team Support are expected to adhere to all office policies

including but not limited to dress code, cell phone usage, and adherence to schedule
