Core Java with Unix

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on Java & related technology experience in developing robust, scalable, and maintainable applications applying Object Oriented Design principles. 
  • Worked on WebSphere / IHS 8.5 or any equivalent Java enterprise servers.
  • Experience in writing and executing automation testing.
  • Strong in UNIX Shell scripting.
  • Strong understanding of SQL.
  • Knowledge of HTTP, ReSTful web services and API design.
  • Familiarity with Linux environment including scripting skills.
  • Good understanding of Spring Framework and Kafka.
  • Good understanding of Enterprise integration patterns.

Desirable Skills:

  • Good understanding of OTC products, trade lifecycle & accounting.
  • Working knowledge of a scripting language such as Groovy, Python, JavaScript, etc.
  • Experience with API orchestration & Integration frameworks.
  • Good understanding of Observability & monitoring tools.
  • Familiarity with databases particularly RDMS.
  • Good understanding of Cloud platform.

 

Mandatory Skills: Core Java .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $1,35,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
