Job Description

 

Role Purpose


The purpose of this role is to provide significant technical expertise in architecture planning and design of the concerned tower (platform, database, middleware, backup etc) as well as managing its day-to-day operations

  • 6-9 years of experience in Emm Intune
  • Strong knowledge on Intune administration, device enrollment, Autopilot, Polic
  • configuration, App deployment
  • Monthly patching of windows devices using Intune
  • Strong troubleshooting skills on device provisioning and application deployments
  • Experience in Windows 10/11 deployment and customization
  • Good understanding of Azure, Azure AD, O365, EMS Suite, License and Subscription Strong communication /Presentation Skills
  • Requirements gathering from Customer on MDM Windows
  • Design, Implementation and Administration of MDM Environment using MDM tools like Intune
  • Experienced in working with Hybrid end points like Laptops, Desktops, BYOD
  • Able to create Conditional Access, Configuration Profile, Windows Defender,BitLocker, Windows Hello for Business etc
  • Configuring Win32 apps, LOB apps, MS Store apps, Deployment and Monitoring of application
  • Understanding in Azure AD, AAD Connect, Identity & Access Management, MFA
  • Assignment of subscriptions and licenses to users for Device Enrollment using Autopilot
  • Device settings configuration to enable Azure AD join/Hybrid Azure AD for Windows 10 devices, MDM auto enrollment configurations
  • Experience in Handling ESP, Configuration Profile, CSP, PowerShell Scripts
  • Proficient in customizing and deploying Windows 10/11
  • Knowledge on Group Policy Objects, Active Directory security and compliancy configurations and migrating to Intune CSP\ADMX templates and third-party templates
  • Experience in setting up Intune based Software Distribution, Patch Management,
  • Windows as Service/Feature Update, Driver Management processes
  • Configure Device Compliance, Conditional access and endpoint protection policies, Windows Defender, BitLocker, Windows Hello for Business etc.
  • Experience in SCCM environment including Co-Management, CMG
  • Perform root cause analysis to quickly recover from service interruptions, and to prevent recurring problem.
  • Provide technical solutions and coordination for exceptions and issues as they arise
  • Ability to understand and analyze issues and uses judgment to make decisions
  • Responsible for testing all the test cases as per Test Cases document

    • Hire adequate and right resources for the team 
    • Train direct reportees to make right recruitment and selection decisions

    • Ensure 100% compliance to Wipro’s standards of adequate onboarding and training for team members to enhance capability & effectiveness
    • Build an internal talent pool of HiPos and ensure their career progression within the organization
    • Promote diversity in leadership positions
  • Performance Management
    • Set goals for direct reportees, conduct timely performance reviews and appraisals, and give constructive feedback to direct reports.
    • Ensure that organizational programs like Performance Nxt are well understood and that the team is taking the opportunities presented by such programs to their and their levels below
  • Employee Satisfaction and Engagement
    • Lead and drive engagement initiatives for the team
    • Track team satisfaction scores and identify initiatives to build engagement within the team
    • Proactively challenge the team with larger and enriching projects/ initiatives for the organization or team 
    • Exercise employee recognition and appreciation
