Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to liaison and bridging the gap between customer and Wipro delivery team to comprehend and analyze customer requirements and articulating aptly to delivery teams thereby, ensuring right solutioning to the customer.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support BI solutions and process improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to drive business decisions.
Assist in designing, developing, and implementing dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
Develop functional specifications and user stories for BI solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.
Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements to optimize business performance.
Support testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate solutions meet requirements.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports to management.
Stay updated with industry trends and BI technologies to propose innovative solutions.

CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data sets.
Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and specifications.
Proficiency in BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView for data visualization and reporting.
Basic understanding of SQL and data querying for analysis and reporting purposes.
Excellent documentation skills for creating business requirements, process flows, and reports.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project execution.
Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend effective solutions.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
• B/Sc IT, BTech, BCA, MCA, Any Graduate
Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) is preferred.
Training or certification in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
