Highly accountable for INC resolution with SLA with coordination across teams
closing Day to Day Network Voice Infrastructure requirement raised by Business
Hands on experience with troubleshooting Avaya Unified Communication Platform TCIP (IP Networking) Support of core PBX Technology and related VOIP Networks.
• Should have good understanding of basic Telephony Aspects like TFN, Toll Number, DID, ANI, DNIS, etc.
• Candidate should have Hands-on knowledge on Telephony Platform like AVAYA/Genesys/AWS Connect
• Should have good understanding of Uniform Dial Plan, AAR & ARS.
• Basic understanding of IP & TDM based Architecture.
• Basic understanding of Verint Call Recording.
• Should willing to work in Rotational Shifts.
