  • The role incument is responsible for complete end to end project management for the assigned project which includes project planning, delivery, client interaction, trouble shooting, managing project operational parameters and people management. PM role can exist at offshore and overseas.

Roles & responsibilities:
Taking ownership and managing multiple licenses and contracts and its compliance engagements.
Manage timeline & milestone achievement.
Ensure timelines are realistic and that milestones achievement are in line with invoicing.
Follow escalation path when required.
Follow up with Professional Services Firm for any missing or inaccurate data. Escalate if required.
Ensure documentation for each verification is completed and meets defined standards.
Create and distribute meeting minutes and reporting.
Continuously update multiple engagement opportunities in tool.
Ensure that applicable policies are always adhered to.

Working hours and others:
 
Working in office at Gardens North Tower, with a Hybrid working style.
3 days in office and 2 days working from home or remotely.
Imaging Tools and Policies training will be provided.
9am to 6pm ( 1 hour break )
Working Monday to Friday, Saturday is off day and Sunday rest day.
Observing PH in Malaysia.

• Knowledge :
  • Must Have: 
    •  Understanding and appreciation of the relevant technology or group of technologies
    • Conceptual awareness of core project management techniques
    • Understanding of estimation techniques, review mechanism, cost 
    • Should be well versed with areas of quality management like quality planning,inspection and Quality control
    • Understanding of Customer Enagement Models, Financial parameters and Delivery & Ops parameters
    • Should be well versed with areas of quality management like quality planning,inspection and control
  • Preferred : 
    • Business Domain understandin
    • Understanding of the Industry & Competitive landscape

• Experience
  • Must Have:
    • Experience of managing multiple project modules as a project Lead 
    • Applying tools to effort, cost, schedule and quality
    • Handling Teams
    • Should have worked on proposals involving relevant areas of the project
    • Process documentation for L1, L2, L3 & L4 processes
    • Total relevant experience of 6+ years with atleast 18 months in the role of a Lead
  •  Preferred:
    • Managed projects of reasonable size and complexity as a Project Manager or Lead
