Job Description
The Lead role is am opportunity where candidates are responsible for maintenance, design and implementation of web applications using Microsoft Technologies such as .NET, C# and Azure. Along with this this role also responsible for managing a small team of Developers. Typical responsibilities for this position will include design and develop applications on .NET Core, Azure along with learning new features constantly. This position is expected to be hands on with technical delivery of the project.

Desired Skills & Experience:
Required:
- Minimum 6-9 years’ Experience in IT Application Development primarily around Microsoft Technologies.
- Experience with .NET Core, Entity Framework is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in .NET Core 3+, C#.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in Managing Teams on .NET, Angular, Azure Support and Enhancements.
- Hands-on proficiency on Deployment on Azure and other Microsoft platforms is nice to have.
- Understands web application deployment to Azure App Services, Azure Storage and Azure SQL.
- Candidate should have good understanding of IaaS, PaaS and SaaS (Nice to have)
- Well-versed with ASP.NET, MVC, SOAP and RESTful Services.
- Good at using one relational database such as SQL Server
- Should have implemented at-least one project with Authentication and Authorization of the applications using AD OR OAuth.
- Should be able communicate with business teams and be able to articulate his thought clearly.

Microsoft certifications
Exposure to DevOps – release and build management, automation scripts and PowerShell
Willingness to travel in case of project requirement.
Qualifications:
6-9 years of overall experience in .NET, recently on .NET Core, C# and Web Apps Development

3. Status Reporting and Customer Focus on an ongoing basis with respect to project and its execution
- Capturing all the requirements and clarifications from the client for better quality work
- Taking feedback on the regular basis to ensure smooth and on time delivery
- Participating in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members.
- Consulting with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements
- Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code
- Documenting very necessary details and reports in a formal way for proper understanding of software from client proposal to implementation
- Ensure good quality of interaction with customer w.r.t. e-mail content, fault report tracking, voice calls, business etiquette etc
- Timely Response to customer requests and no instances of complaints either internally or externally
