Desktop Support Administrator - L3

Location: Louisville, KY

Join Wipro Technologies-USA, a leader in digital transformation and technology services. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Desktop Support Administrator to be part of our dynamic team in Louisville, KY. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent technical support to end users and contribute to an organization that is dedicated to continuously enhancing consumer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced level desktop support for various hardware and software issues.
  • Research and resolve technical problems that are escalated from first line support teams, typically involving moderate complexity.
  • Respond to escalated telephone, email, and online requests for technical support in a timely manner.
  • Document, track, and monitor problems using applicable systems and tools while ensuring compliance with department standards.
  • Communicate effectively with end users to manage expectations and provide updates on issue resolution.
  • Contribute to team initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and enhancing user experience.
  • Stay informed about the latest technology trends and continuously seek opportunities to improve personal skill sets.

Required Qualifications:

  • A High School Diploma with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Desktop/End User Support Engineer.
  • Proven expertise in diagnosing, researching, and resolving technical problems of moderate complexity.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information clearly and understandably to non-technical users.
  • Passion for working within a team that prioritizes client-centric solutions and results-driven approaches.
  • Experience in documenting and tracking issues using established technical support systems.

Experience: 3-5 Years .

 

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $45,000 to $110,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
