Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists.

Location: Louisville, Kentucky
Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop software applications using IBM Integration Bus (IIB) based on business requirements.
2.Standardize and oversee quality assurance procedures including testing, debugging, and implementing fixes.
3.Design and implement integration solutions that support various message formats and protocols.
4.Perform message routing and transformation using IIB tools and technologies.
5.Monitor and manage WMQ queues including checking queue depth, status, and message operations (put/get).
6.Configure and integrate WMQ with IIB environments.
7.Manage and maintain Integration Nodes and Execution Groups.
8.Utilize IBM Integration Toolkit, Web UI, Integration API, and command-line tools for administration and operations.
9.Integrate IIB with other IBM products such as WebSphere MQ for seamless enterprise messaging.
10.Implement transformations using mapping, Java, ESQL, and XSL; develop and manage web services and message flows.
11.Familiar with Agile process
Required Skills:
1.Strong experience with IBM Integration Bus (IIB) and WebSphere MQ (WMQ)
2.Proficiency in message routing, transformation, and queue management
3.Hands-on experience with Integration Toolkit and related interfaces
4.Knowledge of Integration Nodes, Execution Groups, and system administration
5.Familiarity with Java, ESQL, XSL, and web services concepts
6.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues efficiently
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
3-5 years of experience in systems analysis or application programming development
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Experience: 5-8 Years .
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
