Join Wipro Philippines Inc. as an Associate L1

Take on a dynamic role where you’ll be at the heart of delivering exceptional customer service and building meaningful client relationships. As an Associate L1, you will be responsible for managing inbound customer calls, ensuring timely and effective resolution of concerns—all while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Have completed at least a Senior High School (SHS) degree
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to work on rotating or shifting schedules
  • Flexibility to perform both voice and non-voice tasks
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude in a dynamic work environment
