Job Description

You are accountable for driving process excellence across critical Operations business processes, identifying process gaps, support with solution design, and document any process that are required due to solution changes and driving process maturity

Requiered Skills:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Process Improvement position with some Telecommunications experience
  • Hands on experience with Signavio & BPMN2.0
  • Leadership experience in the areas of Operations Quality
  • Lean Six Sigma/ Black Belt experience & certification
  • Experience in a project management environment and understanding of project management principles
  • Process mapping and documentation
  • Executive level presentation skills
  • Understanding and ability to develop end-to-end customer and user journey maps
  • Knowledge of change management
  • Demonstrated ability to work with teams to develop their functional competencies through process improvement
  • Understanding of ARIS and BPMN 2.0 modelling
  • Ability to work in in a matrix management structure
  • Engagement in process community of practice activities, discussions, and skill sharing
  • Good understanding of lean methodologies of building value stream mapping & pain points.

Resposnisbilities:

  • Document AS IS and TO BE processes that is aligned to the solution design and system capabilities
    developed
  • Apply reference model to achieve standardisation, reuse, traceability 
  • Identify business improvement opportunities through ongoing measurement of our performance and 
    support the delivery of process change into the business
  • Facilitate improvement workshops and meetings as required utilising relevant techniques to solicit 
    process requirements.
  • Engage Knowledge management and quality team to support development of all work instructions 
    are developed in alignment to the process mapped.
  • Perform process impact assessment and support operational readiness activities to ensure process 
    change are embedded to our frontline agents
  • Drive continuous process improvement capability regarding, but not limited to: Methodology, Tools 
    and practices and Process Maturity
