Network Voice Engineer CISCO
Hybrid position in Mexico City- Col. Xoco
5 to 8 year of experience in role/activities below:
Good experience with enterprise level telephony infrastructure.
Provide level 4 support to telephony services.
Audiocodes Mediant SBC install, configuration and deployment.
In depth knowledge of SIP protocol.
Desirable experience with Teams direct routing.
Desirable knowledge on Contact center (Cisco, Amazon Connect, Genesys, Avaya)
Experience managing PSTN vendors
Able to troubleshoot complex telephony scenarios involving QoS, routing and switching protocols.
Desirable experience with cloud based PBX as RingCentral and/or Teams
PowerBI knowledge is a plus
Conversational English
