OKTA - Identity and Access Management

Wipro Technologies-Mexico is on the lookout for a Senior Technical Product Manager, a pivotal role that brings together innovation and strategic vision within the rapidly evolving retail sector. In this position, you will spearhead the development and enhancement of a globally scalable authentication platform that is finely tuned to meet the diverse needs of consumers. Your primary mission will be to set a high standard for consumer identity solutions and to ensure that our offerings excel in user experience across the board.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the project from inception to launch by closely collaborating with engineering, product, and commercial teams, ensuring all initiatives align with our business goals.
  • Conducting comprehensive market analyses to understand opportunities that drive ROI, enabling prioritization of strategic initiatives on the product roadmap.
  • Ensuring technical health, scalability, and security of our Identity platform, following best practices and compliance standards such as GDPR, CCPA, PCI-DSS, and SOC 2.
  • Designing and developing Identity APIs and authentication mechanisms aimed at delivering superior performance and reliability.
  • Establishing effective partnerships with external vendors to enhance our product capabilities and maintaining strong relationships to optimize solution delivery.

Key Tasks:

1. Streamlining Project Management:

  • Function as a bridge between project management and operational teams, leveraging your techno-functional expertise to enhance collaboration.
  • Drive comprehensive business requirement management from inception to deployment, ensuring alignment with client objectives and team capabilities.
  • Perform feasibility assessments on new requirements, providing optimal solutions and clear timelines to clients.
  • Oversee the architectural design, coding, testing, and implementation phases to ensure robust software development.

2. Developing Skills and Competencies:

  • Engage in continuous learning by completing Wipro’s internal exams and obtaining relevant certifications, staying at the forefront of industry developments.
  • Participate in training sessions and seminars to enhance your knowledge in both functional and technical domains.
  • Compose and share case studies, articles, and white papers within the organization to contribute to knowledge sharing and establish yourself as a thought leader.
