As a Project Manager specializing in SAP SD and SAP MM, you will be at the forefront of executing critical SAP PMO projects. Your expertise will be paramount in ensuring that our projects not only meet their objectives but also enhance operational efficiencies and competitiveness within the organization. Roles and Responsibilities:
• Spearhead SAP PMO projects from conception through to delivery, ensuring that all milestones are met on time and within scope.
• Formulate and manage detailed project plans that encompass resource allocation, budgeting, and governance, adapting to project needs as they evolve.
• Engage closely with stakeholders to clearly articulate business requirements, translating these into actionable project deliverables that support strategic goals.
• Maintain consistent communication with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and clients, providing regular status updates and comprehensive progress reports.
• Proactively identify potential risks throughout the project lifecycle and devise strategic mitigation plans to minimize any disruptions.
• Oversee the integration of SAP SD and SAP MM modules within SAP HANA implementation projects, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Manage quality assurance processes, ensuring that the scope, timeline, and budget of each project are adhered to meticulously.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by establishing and promoting best practices in project execution, ensuring compliance with PMP methodology.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum of 12 years' experience in leading SAP PMO project management initiatives.
• Deep understanding and proven expertise in SAP SD and SAP MM modules with demonstrable experience in SAP HANA implementation projects.
• Track record of successfully delivering large-scale IT programs while employing PMP methodology effectively.
• Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, with strong communication skills to convey complex technical information clearly.
• Experience managing diverse, multi-functional teams and spearheading enterprise-wide digital transformation projects.
• Strong leadership qualities, excellent problem-solving abilities, and analytical skills to ensure optimal performance across projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Support: Lead architecture planning, migration, and installation for new projects, providing robust support and expertise.
- Design scalable and extensible solutions for various system requirements in platforms, middleware, and databases.
- Conduct technology capacity planning based on current and anticipated requirements to optimize system usage.
- Apply the latest features of underlying technologies to ensure seamless operation of installed databases and applications.
- Formulate and implement disaster recovery and backup strategies to safeguard critical project data.
- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of relevant projects, ensuring smooth functionality and efficient problem resolution.
- Manage day-to-day operations by addressing issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing effective solutions.
- Plan and manage necessary upgrades, migrations, and maintenance procedures within your tower.
- Analyze technical performance and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational manuals for clear guidance.
- Compile and deliver weekly reports to clients and internal stakeholders detailing the status of database activities and next steps.
- Leverage modern technology and methodologies to formulate Service Improvement Plans (SIPs) for enhanced service delivery.
