Job Description

Role:

As an Account Executive at Wipro Technologies-USA, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding strategic accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to spearhead the organic growth strategy across a diverse portfolio of accounts, ensuring that our clients receive unmatched value and service. This will involve setting a clear vision, developing annual account plans, and identifying key growth opportunities that align with client needs and market trends. You will be instrumental in fostering strong strategic relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor who is deeply committed to their success and aligning closely with Wipro's long-term objectives. Through your efforts, you will be expected to drive financial health within your accounts, leveraging your expertise to innovate and implement effective solutions that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate a minimum of 15+ years of experience in selling IT services, particularly within Tier-1 or Tier-2 competitive organizations, underscoring your expertise in the industry.
- Exhibit strong knowledge of global delivery models (GDM) and methodologies, and the ability to engage in cross-selling various service lines effectively.
- Foster relationships at all organizational levels, employing consultative sales methods to secure new opportunities and maintain existing client satisfaction.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, bringing together diverse expertise to create comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs.
- Have a solid background in delivery, sales, or pre-sales roles, ensuring a deep understanding of the intricacies of client management and expectations.
- Manage significant accounts with multi-million USD contributions across different geographical regions, showcasing your ability to navigate complex environments.
- Take ownership of revenue targets, bookings, and operational management (OM) metrics to fuel business growth and accountability.
- Address people management challenges by resolving issues within Wipro's teams, ensuring a collaborative and supportive workplace environment.
- Generate leads by actively interacting with clients across various business lines to broaden Wipro's presence and influence.
- Prepare and present proposals proactively as well as in response to requests for proposals (RFPs/RFIs), demonstrating strategic thinking and responsiveness.
- Forge strong connections with key customer contacts, including CIOs, VPs, and Directors, to explore opportunities that promote sustainable business growth.

Compensation and Benefits:

The expected annual pay for this role ranges from $200,000.00 to $280,000.00. This position also qualifies for Wipro’s excellent standard benefits package, which includes a comprehensive range of medical and dental options, disability insurance, and generous paid time off inclusive of sick leave. Moreover, we offer additional paid and unpaid leave options to support our employees in maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
