Role - Talent Aquisition Manager

Location - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of IT roles, including (but not limited to) Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Scientists, Cybersecurity Analysts, Product Managers, and IT Support Specialists.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive and active technical candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, industry-specific job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Candidate Engagement & Management: Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and motivation. Maintain consistent and clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to deeply understand their technical requirements, team dynamics, and long-term hiring goals. Provide guidance on market trends, compensation, and effective interview processes.

Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • 5-7 years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a dedicated focus on Information Technology roles. 
    • Proven ability to source, screen, and close technical talent.
    • Strong understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and industry trends (e.g., cloud platforms, programming languages, agile methodologies).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
    • Experience recruiting for a diverse range of IT positions

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $45,000 to $110,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
