Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Partner in Organization Change Management responsible to lead and support organizational change initiatives. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to develop and implement change management strategies, communication plans, and training programs. The Change Management Partner will also be responsible for assessing the impact of change on employees and help minimize resistance while maximizing adoption. Additionally, they may be required to provide coaching and support to project teams and leaders to ensure successful change implementation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading change management for large-scale transformation projects, providing strategic guidance to clients, and driving business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of change management practices with good understanding of different technologies and change management tools, along with exceptional leadership and consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Creating comprehensive plans to guide organizational change initiatives, including assessing the impact of change, identifying stakeholders, and outlining communication and training strategies.
- Engaging with various stakeholders, including employees, leaders, and external partners, to build support for change initiatives and address concerns.
- Developing and executing communication plans to ensure that employees are informed about the reasons for change, the expected impact, and the support available to them.
- Designing and delivering training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to change and succeed in new processes or systems.
- Assessing the potential impact of change on employees, processes, and systems, and developing strategies to mitigate resistance and support adoption.
- Providing guidance and support to project teams and leaders to ensure that change initiatives are effectively implemented and sustained.
- Tracking the progress of change initiatives, gathering feedback, and evaluating the effectiveness of change management strategies to make necessary adjustments.
- Fostering a culture that embraces change and promoting behaviors that support successful change adoption and sustainability.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in change management processes and practices and implementing enhancements to drive better outcomes.
- Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to clients on Change Management initiatives, leveraging industry best practices and innovative solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and driving business growth through identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
- Lead and mentor a team of consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure project success and professional development.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and enhance Change Management methodologies, tools, and offerings to meet client needs and market demands.
- Contribute to business development activities, including proposal development, client presentations, and thought leadership content creation.
- Responsible and accountable for driving practice growth by effectively managing revenue, order book, and bench resource management.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational psychology, human resources, organizational development, or related field. A relevant master's degree is preferred.
- 15+ years of transformation consulting experience, with a focus on change management.
- Professional certifications in change management, such as Prosci Change Management Certification or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), are highly valued.
- Proven track record of leading successful change initiatives within complex organizations, including consulting, project management, or leadership roles.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and influence diverse stakeholder groups and lead high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and convey complex change concepts clearly.
- Strategic thinking to develop change management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Proficiency in data analysis, change impact assessment, and using metrics to measure change initiative success.
- Deep industry understanding and knowledge of best change management practices within specific contexts.
- Experience leading large-scale transformation projects across various industries, leveraging AI/Gen AI for transformation.
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive tailored solutions and business growth.
- Exceptional people management skills to inspire and mentor a team of consultants.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $190,000.00 to $265,000.00.
