We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Director to be based within the East Coast and Midwestern region of United States. This role will focus on hunting and developing new logos within the Banking Industry. This role will cultivate and break new logo client accounts and originating new client sales that lead to larger, long- term value propositions, with the expectation to close $10-20M + in revenue annually over a two-year span.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Create a go to market plan to identify, open, and grow new logo accounts in the Banking Sector
- Identify key decision makers in client organization to develop and strengthen relationships and become a trusted advisor.
- Showcase Wipro's solutions as a strategic fit for the customer organization through workshops, boot camps, and strategy meetings.
- Utilize alliances (cloud, digital, etc.) and external partnerships to identify different areas where joint solution can be delivered to a customer.
- Drive resource forecasting for the account from both confirmed opportunities as well as the opportunities in pipeline.

Qualifications:
- Senior Business Development Executive (Hunter), with proven history of breaking new logo accounts and scaling new growth within the Banking Sector
- Broad range of selling various IT Services portfolio across client service lines, such as Cloud, Data, Analytics, Infrastructure, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, others.
- Demonstrated quota achievement in complex selling environments utilizing IT solution selling model.
- Ability to monitor sales trends around the target new clients and various market dynamics and incorporate them existing business development strategy plans.
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $150,000.00 to $210,000.00. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options
