Job Description

As a Senior Sales Director at Wipro, you will play a pivotal role in driving BPS/BPO net new sales across the United States. This position is designed for a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive who can forge strong, lasting relationships with clients, including CxO level stakeholders. Utilizing your industry expertise and extensive network, you will open doors to new opportunities in the marketplace, focusing on the Healthcare Payer sector. Your background must include securing new accounts while also managing existing ones, particularly within large and complex environments that present unique challenges and opportunities. Remote location anywhre in US.

 

Your responsibilities will encompass not just sales, but a strategic approach to business development within the rapidly evolving healthcare landscape. You will need to ensure that our business growth aligns with Wipro's broader strategic objectives, identifying and negotiating compelling business opportunities that fit our goals. You will be part of our dedicated Business Process Services (BPS) team, playing a critical role in shaping our future success through effective sales strategies.

In this role, you will create demand for Wipro's healthcare payer business process outsourcing services, targeting Fortune 1000 healthcare companies. A successful candidate will possess a proven track record in:

  • Sales in the Healthcare Payer sector: Experience selling tailored BPS solutions in a competitive environment.
  • Executive-level Engagement: Proven success in prospecting and building relationships at the C-level and among senior decision-makers, showcasing a profound understanding of client needs and motivations.
  • Managing Customer Relationships: Expertise in handling large, complex clients with a thoughtful and strategic approach to relationship management.
  • Leading Proposal Efforts: Involvement in complex proposal solutioning and developing compelling business value propositions.
  • Negotiating Contracts: An ability to negotiate long-term contracts that foster mutual growth and benefit.

As part of your essential duties, you will:

  • Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy that significantly contributes to revenue generation and meets assigned sales targets.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from deal sourcing to closing, ensuring a systematic approach to sales processes.
  • Drive a comprehensive sales strategy that incorporates a wide range of services, including but not limited to customer contact solutions, automation, and shared services.
  • Execute business plans focusing on active prospecting, responding to inbound inquiries, shaping deals, and nurturing customer relations.
  • Communicate compelling narratives around Wipro's value propositions, both in verbal discussions and formal presentations.
  • Ensure the delivery of the desired business outcomes while safeguarding the interests of both Wipro's teams and its stakeholders.
  • Actively contribute to Wipro Global Business Line DOP, influencing the company's overarching strategy.

Your qualifications will ideally include:

  • Over 15 years of experience in a sales capacity focused on BPO services, covering sectors such as trust and safety, eCommerce, and a variety of horizontal BPO offerings including finance & accounting, supply chain management, procurement, contact center, and HR solutions, with a demonstrated capability to meet or exceed performance targets.
  • A robust professional network coupled with a strong aptitude for cultivating relationships with key decision-makers.
  • In-depth understanding of outsourced solutions and the unique challenges they present in the healthcare landscape.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills for proposals, RFPs, and activity documentation.
  • A confident interaction style that influences senior leaders effectively, utilizing data analysis to synthesize and present impactful results to C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, inspiring various teams to achieve extraordinary results.
  • A keen business acumen that enables the strategizing and identification of next-stage opportunities.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree as a foundational qualification.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $150,000.00  to $210,000.00. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options
