UNIX/SQL L3 PROD Support : Location : O Fallon Misouri 

Strong hands-on experience in L3 prod support 
1. Strong knowledge in Unix commands and Scripting knowledge – Able to write own scripting
2. Oracle SQL - Good understanding of DB concepts and able to write complex queries and statements, understand SP’s/Functions
3. ITIL process and tools - WorkOrder/Incident/Change/Problem management and Remedy/SNow tools, Troubleshooting, RCA, SLA metrics, TRT/PRTs, CAB approval process
4. Monitoring tools - Splunk and Dynatrace - Should be able to create their own Alerts, Reports, Dashboards, effective monitoring, automation solutions

Nice to have
Able to write own shell scripting
Able to create alerts in Splunk
Jenkins/CI CD Pipelines
DevOps tools - Entire Release management process - CI/CD Pipeline creation in Jenkins; GitHub; Kubernetes; Docker; Ansible; Chef automation
 

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $1,35,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
