Job Description
- 15+ years of experience and strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA migration strategies, including greenfield, brownfield, and hybrid approaches.
- Strong hands-on experience and knowledge SAP ISU process implementations and configuration.
- Extensive experience working as an SAP S/4HANA Architect, with a proven track record of successful implementations and system integrations.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, including Fiori applications, HANA database, and integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of SAP S/4HANA solutions, including system landscapes, integration points, and data models, to support business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into technical requirements for SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and support. Business process and solution design in SAP ISU/CRM based on the business requirements & regulatory norms
- Project level risk and impact analysis. Align mitigation plan with project manager and development team.
- Process and project governance with relevant stake holders for improved user & business experience.
- Continuous process improvement by introducing solutions or POC’s based on current utility best practices and trends.

2. Skill upgradation and competency building
- Clear wipro exams and internal certifications from time to time to upgrade the skills
- Attend trainings, seminars to sharpen the knowledge in functional/ technical domain
- Write papers, articles, case studies and publish them on the intranet

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $1,70,000 .
