Work Location: Plano, TX / Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

 

Job Description:

  • Require a Business Analyst to actively participate in and support the end-to-end phases of the software development cycle, and drive strategic work across the development of the Enterprise and LOBs as necessary to maintain and deliver business solutions
  • 10+ years’ experience in a business analysis function, with expertise working with different technologies and Line of Business area
  • Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and analysis, and translating business requirements into solution design proposal
  • Knowledge/experience in Global Financial Crime
  • Experience with applications on the Pega BPM platform preferred, but not require
  • Experience in Project Management, or performing PM functions across large-scale initiative
  • Strong experience in performing and supporting testing as part of various phases/cycle
  • Strong communication skills and ability to drive dialog with senior business stakeholders globall
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to present findings to Business users appropriatel
  • Strong experience working in Agile Scrum methodology

 

Required Skills:

  • Highly experienced Business with extensive experience in all facets of the software development lifecycle, as well as demonstrated experience in Project Management
  • Strong background in data analysis/mapping
  • The role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven capability of producing high quality, clear, business-friendly items of work (agile stories, specifications, etc.) that can also be easily interpreted by technology peers
  • This role also requires regular interaction with LOB executives and business users.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $1,58,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
